Professional Experience

Linda focuses her practice on construction law issues for public agencies, including: selection of project delivery systems, preparing and negotiating contracts for design professionals, drafting bidding documents and contract administration procedures, resolving bid disputes, advice on payment/performance disputes during construction, project completion following contractor default or abandonment, claims mitigation and avoidance, and resolving claims.

The public construction projects Linda has worked on include water and waste water treatment plants, essential services facilities (police, fire and emergency operations facilities), civic structures (libraries, city halls, community centers), and engineering projects (storm drain systems, roads, bridges).
