Professional Experience

Brian Bowen joined McDonough Holland & Allen PC in 2008 as a member of the Business Services Practice Group. His practice includes general corporate matters, with particular focus on transactional tax planning and tax controversy. He also represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, business formations, executive compensation, and general estate planning.
