Professional Experience

Cindy joined McDonough Holland & Allen PC in 2004 as a member of the firm’s real estate practice group where her practice focus includes all aspects of real estate, including commercial transactions, acquisitions, development and representing national homebuilders. Cindy drafts, reviews and negotiates complex real estate documents including purchase and sale agreements, easement agreements and licensing agreements. She analyzes surveys and title, including preliminary title reports, title policies, endorsements for commercial property and reviews ALTA surveys, subdivision maps and site plans. Cindy assists commercial developers in the leasing of property, including industrial, office and retail leasing. She also assists lenders in real property secured financings.

Prior Experience

Prior to attending law school, Cindy worked as an account executive for a large, international company where she managed accounts with revenues exceeding $10 million annually and supervised eighty employees.
