Edward J. Quinn, Jr. | Managing Shareholder Professional ExperienceEd specializes in land use and redevelopment law. In addition to representing cities, counties and private developers throughout California, Ed advises domestic corporate clients on foreign investment and has assisted foreign clients with regard to real estate and plant and equipment investments in the United States. Ed is a frequent speaker throughout California on economic development, land use and redevelopment issues. He has also been a lecturer on international law, legal environment of business and business law for the University of Maryland, European Division. Ed has served as president of the Sacramento Area Commerce and Trade Organization (SACTO), ex-officio director of the Sacramento Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, chairman of SACTO’s Pacific Rim Committee, and chairman of the International Trade Committee of the Sacramento Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce. He served as a trustee of the Sacramento Country Day School. Ed served on active duty in the U.S. Air Force from 1972-1985, and in the U.S. Air Force Reserve from 1985-1995.
