McDonough's Bankruptcy group provides advice and representation in all aspects of insolvency and bankruptcy law and related issues. Our practice is unique in that our attorneys also are experienced in representing public agencies and governmental entities, both as creditors in bankruptcy cases and as financially distressed debtors in non-bankruptcy workouts.
